Pilates Team

At Neutral Bay Physiotherapy we have developed an innovative Pilates Program using a blend of Clinical Pilates exercises and Physiotherapy exercises to challenge and facilitate the use of the core (postural) musculature.

We incorporate into a floor programme the use of balls, band, pilates circles and foam rollers to further challenge your stability, and improve your core stability to achieve the most out of your body.

Pilates is suitable for any age and fitness level at Neutral Bay Physiotherapy we provide an array of classes tailored to match the level and requirements of the class participants.

Our classes are kept small and conducted by Physiotherapists trained in Pilates to ensure safe and effective exercise.
