As a sports person herself Shelley has a great understanding of the biomechanics of movement and has enjoyed working with a variety of teams including NSW U23 Softball, NSW Indoor Netball, North Shore AFL and Gordon Rugby. She has a particular clinical interest in the treatment of lumbo-pelvic pain, hip, thoracic/ rib dysfunction and sporting and trauma injury and rehabilitation.
Following on from her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Ally graduated from a Master of Physiotherapy and a Master of Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Sydney.

After graduating from The University Of Sydney, Kate and immediately made the transition to HNA’s Neutral Bay Physio under the company’s mentored program treating a wide variety of conditions.
Stephanie’s philosophy to injury management is that it needs to be proactive and holistic in nature, empowering patients with knowledge of their injury and providing a treatment plan to positively enhance the recovery process.
Gina is an enthusiastic physiotherapist with a passion for holistic treatment. After completing a Bachelor in Health Sciences(Physiotherapy) from the University of Sydney, Gina has continued to extend her skill set by attending courses in Pilates, Dry Needling, the Thoracic Ring Approach and the Ridgeway Method.
