Early on in her career, Ally gained a wide variety of experience working at several different hospitals across Sydney. She then moved into private practice to follow her passion of treating Women’s and Men’s Health Conditions.

Ally has extensive experience in treating common pelvic floor conditions in both men and women, such as incontinence, urgency, prolapse, bowel dysfunction, pain, sexual dysfunction, pre and post-op gynaecological surgery and prostate surgery. She also enjoys treating pregnancy and post-natal conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, mastitis, abdominal separation and lower back pain.

She specifically enjoys treating more complex pelvic floor issues and how this relates to musculoskeletal function.

Ally works closely with many gynaecologists, urologists, colorectal surgeons, sex therapists, psychologists, GPs and musculoskeletal physiotherapists to achieve a wholistic treatment approach for her patients.

With a thirst for knowledge, Ally is committed to continuing education and endeavours to be up to date with the latest research.

By combining her knowledge as an Exercise Physiologist, as well as knowledge gained through Women’s Health and Pilates training, Ally runs pilates-based exercise classes for pregnant women as well as our Mum’s and Bub’s classes for post-natal mums.

When not at work, Ally is a mum to a very busy toddler and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
