Kate Brown

Area of Expertise: Acute Spinal Conditions, Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Floor Conditions

Kate graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has found her niche in triage and treatment of acute spinal conditions and pelvic floor disorders. Her journey in Physiotherapy started with the team at Neutral Bay Physiotherapy in 2009 acting as a physiotherapy assistant prior to her graduation. Here she covered various sporting events as well as patient exercise programs.

In 2012 she was selected for our mentored program and spent the year as a registered Physiotherapist under the education of our Senior Physiotherapists. She then spent several years in private clinics and private hospitals triaging and treating pelvic floor conditions, acute spinal conditions, orthopaedic spinal conditions and complex cases. She toured nationally and internationally with high profile sporting teams as team physiotherapist and worked extensively with sports physicians and orthopaedic surgeons.

She returned to Neutral Bay Physiotherapy in 2016 with a wealth of experience and now spends her time in clinic simplifying seemingly complicated spinal and pelvic floor conditions.

Kate is a registered Physiotherapist and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and Women’s Health Training Associates.
